World of Voltaire

After a couple of years waiting and watching for this 2007 Japan Custom Car Show boxset which include the much anticipating Dairy Delivery and Cadillac Fleetwood Hearse by artist Voltaire. The waiting was worth it as i received them just last week. The box set is awesomely done and the graphics on the packaging as well as on the die-cast casting itself is top notch quality.

This box set is limited to ONLY 1500 unit and is specially created for the 2007 Hot Wheels Custom Car Show in Osaka, Japan. As the back of the packaging says "not more then 2000" the numbering sticker in the box set says 1500, so i stick to this 1500 limited unit created.

The box set comes in a very nice cardboard wraparound an acrylic casing which houses the 2 casting. The cardboard graphics at front shows skeleton and skull art work of Voltaire on them.

Differences between the Dairy Delivery for this set and the Single carded is probably the most obvious, the Rims. In this set, the Rims for the DD is Red Chrome where as the Rims for the single carded is Silver Chrome. Am not a collector of wheels Variations but this set is just too nice to pass up on when the selling price is the lowest i've seen so far.

Sides of the packaging with each showcasing the design and character in the World of Voltaire. One sides is showing Chi Chian (Character on the Dairy Delivery) and the other is showing Deary Bear (Character on the Cadillac Fleetwood Hearse).

Back and bottom of the packaging with all the information details of this releases and also on the Artist Voltaire itself. Am glad and happy to own this beautiful set of cars with beautiful artwork on them. Will made a great piece in my DD collections. Now i need to find a loose for my loose display.

Nostalgia DD Recap

Hot wheels Nostalgia series saw it last release with "Atari" theme in 2012. A new series is set to replaced the nostalgic series that bring back all the good old days memories in the 80s.The Nostalgia series bring us 4 Dairy Casting in 4 difference wave in its 2 year runs (2011-2012). The 4 wave / theme with the DD casting are Master of the Universe (MOTU), Hershey I, Nose Arts and Saturday Evening Post (SAT)

 

That's the recap on the 2011-2012 runs on Nostalgia series with the Dairy casting. Looking forward to the release of DD in the upcoming Pop Culture series that will continue where Nostalgia left.

After more then 10 years the Dairy Delivery has been releases, the DD come in various shape and size. From the 1st editions 1/64 to the Monster Jam 1/24 and to mini Size of 1/87 scale. Here the Evolutions of the Dairy Delivery to date. There is no such things as enough, only never enough.

Haul - Hot Wheels Custom

A great and awesome bud up in Canada offer his help in getting me the content in this Package and am truly appreciate it, will be in his debt. An exchanged of few emails, Pm's and couple of weeks later, this package arrived at my doorsteps.

Its non other then the Hot Wheels Customs DD from the HW shop. [ Customs DD ] Not only my bud sent me 2 of the Customs DD ( one to open and one to keep in carded), he also put in another DD which is the Sweet Ride's Tootsie Roll. A variation which is from the single carded while my other is from the Box-set.

Be known that there are 3 difference carded design for this HW Customs and the one i have are the "Just for You" design. A look at the front and back of the packaging. Will feature an out of packing post of this DD soon. Cheers.

MoonEyes Delivery.

The Mooneyes Dairy delivery was release in a special limited series called the AFFINITY Special Delivery way way back in 2004. As you can see from the photo, there are 2 version of it being release. One a white top and the others a yellow top, both with Mooneyes logo on sides. I read it somewhere that the Yellow Top was more harder to find as its limited number is lesser then the white top.

Really like them both, only manage to secure the yellow-top recently and am glad i manage to get it to add to my collections. That one down with many more to go... time to update my wants list. Enjoy

After looking at my collection pics, have decided to turn them into posters since posting individual pics would take up bandwidth and hassle. So here goes for poster # 1 .. enjoy.

Greetings, sharing some new addition DD to my collections. Got them at a decent price too and i hope they are genuine release.

1. Magenta/Purple with wave tempo from 4pcs TIN SET SINCE 68
2. Dark Green with poker cards tempo from Redline Poker Club 2009 (The graphic on this is not very sharp and blur)
3. Black with 2009 HOTLANTA /DiecastSpace.com tempo
4. Orange/red with flame and with 2009 HOTLANTA/DiecastSpace.com tempo.

Overall a great addition to my collections, hope to find more conventions cars with decent price. Cheers.

MOOMOO

MOO MOO, u know how it is with the Dairy Delivery associated with Milk and Cow. Well recently i've found a very interesting collectible call BearBrick from MedicomCorp. And in series 12 of BearBrick, there a Bear with the design of a Cow and without thinking twice, i bought it just to display with my DD with cow spot. Enjoy the pic.

New year came and its spring cleaning time, did some spring cleaning in my bedroom and found these scatter everywhere, then i bring them all together again like in their glory days.
